It was Friday night, my Inner Circle and I, all clad in white, were at a meeting when a baby divine-faced man with his group knocked at our door. I had him stopped at the door and I went and met with him. Looking into his face, I seemed to know him and I asked if he is the one we have been waiting for. I don’t know if he understood or not, yet he responded in the affirmative. I invited just him into my consultation room so that I may check him out.

One after the other, I presented to him who we are, what we do and our beliefs. The dialogue went like this.

Bro. Ishmael: Sir, I will like you know what we are so that you may decide if we are the ministry you could fraternize with.

Bro. Ishmael: We are Christians, Mystical Christians.

Rev. Michael: What do you mean by Mystical Christians?

Bro. Ishmael: Well, we believe in direct communication with God, the creative power behind he universe.

Rev. Michael: That’s what we believe too.

Bro. Ishmael: Well, we are also Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists. We believe that God is for all mankind.

Rev. Michael: That’s what we believe too.

Bro. Ishmael: We believe in our Ancestors and the knowledge systems in our Cultures and mystical traditions.

Rev. Michael: We believe in that too.

I decided to give him the knockdown when I told him,

Bro. Ishmael: Sir, we don’t believe in the devil. We believe in the absolute love of God.

Rev. Michael: We believe in that too.

At this point, I was sure that he is the one we have been praying for. I went out of the room and screamed to my disciples that he is the One. I called a few of the Mystics into the room and he sought permission to call in a few of his Practitioners too. We exchanged questions and answers and it was clear that we are one family in different locations.

I had them join the Inner Circle meeting. We requested closing prayers from them. Rev. Nivarna, traveling with him prayed. It was strange with electrifying feeling that they prayed like us and he ended his prayers with a group chant of Om. We have been persecuted for chanting such sounds and we still do. Wow!

On the Saturday a few of them joined us at our weekly exercises.

On the Sunday, they were about thirty in church with us. I had Rev. Michael sit by my side. Ten minutes into the sermon, I passed the microphone to him to continue. The man continued seamlessly like we have rehearsed. He also used phrases and terms that I thought I was the only one who uses such terms or phrases. The church was electrifying. Women, in traditional African dressing, most times, had another cloth over them. They took off these cover cloth to come and cover me as Michael spoke; a sign of victory for someone else coming to validate me. Men and women were weeping with joy.

At the end of the service we exchanged several greetings. Michael wanted to know how I knew the things I spoke on. “Have you read, Ernest Holmes, Emit Fox etc. etc.?” “Who are these?” I wanted to know. “So how do you know all these?” he asked. “So how do you know all these?” I counter asked.

At the end, he invited me to speak at Revelation, the annual spirit-filled conference held by Agape. I spoke yearly in Revelation from 1997 to 2001. During this period, Michael with various groups traveled to Ghana to visit our Ministry.

This shows the power of prayer and positive intention. It is interesting that in 1986, while we were praying, Agape was being formed and nine years later they came and looked for us as pronounced in the decree. Literarily, we manifested Agape.

We are since, in a fruitful spiritual journey together.
