Everything mankind needs to know to create the ideal paradise is already known! We know the importance of loving unconditionally and the Golden Rule that says, "Do unto others as you want others to do unto you". What we need is a workable program to make the great world philosophies work for mankind.
At the core, man is divine and perfectly good. It is quite clear that something else pushes man against his will to do error. Feelings of regret and guilt often indicate that we know the right thing to do; yet in spite of ourselves we do the wrong thing. A workable solution to man's problems requires the study and mastering of the mechanics of thought and actions. A problem is permanently solved if it is tackled from its roots. To do this we need to understand what man is as a spiritual and mental being and how he or she is raised as a child into adulthood.
Every parent regardless of race or economic background wants his or her child to grow into a happy, responsible, successful adult. We also want to see a world of peace and tranquility in which each child's full potential can develop and be celebrated by all. News of crime, wars and rumors of wars, espionage, assassinations and terrorism that we hear everyday, indicate that the world is far from this Utopia.
Over the years, I have held a vision - a vision of a peaceful universe. This has been the main driving force behind several years of research. I define peace as a state of perfect integration with oneself and with all of life. It is the discovery and free expression of one’s inner potentials. It is the harmonious co-existence with one’s own innate nature, attitudes, thoughts and feeling and with similar elements of all of other life forms. It speaks of the harmonious co existence between man, the elements, plants and animals and the cosmos of solar systems and galactic systems. It is the active celebration of one’s inner possibilities and those of others, and other life forms. I have delved into the workings of the mind of man and have developed workable spiritual tools for the removal of pain and it's negative emotions from the mind, as well as the restoration of the soul's abilities. If you can get rid of anger, fear, guilt and shame, you become awakened to full consciousness and can be the joy that you seek. Negative emotions either bind you to the past or keep you worrying about the future. You are therefore not able to enjoy and celebrate the present moment.
I have identified fear and anger as the most fundamental forces or negative emotions that cause wars, weapons of mass destruction, rape, murder, confusion and destruction on the planet. War between two nations is the expression of anger between those nations, the total anger of the individuals living in those nations. As long as these two forces prevail on the planet, universal peace will remain a dream.
The solution to achieving the much-cherished universal peace lies in the individual. Without the nurturing of peaceful inhabitants, the planet cannot help but birth out wars and confusion. These are simply the outward reflection of the internal confusion and wars within the collective individual mind.
When we eliminate the fundamental force that drives man to be angry and fearful, we shall be on the road to attaining true peace.
As spiritual beings, we will continue to live regardless of the fate of the planet. However, while we are in our current body temple, we have the unique opportunity of the multi-dimensional experience of potentialities of the soul. This makes earth life a unique opportunity, which we must all protect, and preserve. Our unique role is to embrace obstacles and reveal our spiritual abilities.
World Peace is a two-tiered approach, because it affects both adults and children.
First, in working with adults, there is a need to totally cleanse their minds of their individual experiences of the various levels of pain, including anger, fear, shame, guilt etc.
Through the Mind Science Technology known as Soul Processing™ we learn that our first experiences of pain, lays the foundation for continuous or repeated pain from our minds. Until these memories are removed, we continue to replicate them in our lives. Soul Processing™ does two things
The Growing the Empowered Child™ Program also identifies in adults when they stopped growing. A close look into many adults will reveal that 'the child in them' stopped growing in one of these areas: their social lives, psychological lives, financial lives, physiological lives or in their spiritual lives. Once you identify when you stopped growing in a particular area of your life, you will be able to see the painful event that stopped you and be liberated from its control.
The second approach towards attaining World Peace is to introduce a new generation of empowered children on the planet. This can be achieved through bringing up a new generation of children:
• Without fear
• Without anger
• Who learn to discover and celebrate their uniqueness.
The program identifies the root causes of anger and fear in children, starting with the labels they grow up with. Children key in strongly to labels such as, 'you are a bad boy/girl,' 'you won't amount to anything,' 'you are stupid,' etc. The soul rejects these labels and thus an internal war begins. This inner conflict materializes as unacceptable behaviors in individuals, which creates the many dysfunctional relationships we now witness within families and communities, which can ultimately lead to national and international warfare.
These youth will eventually grow into adults with the same negative emotions and values, if not worse. Thankfully, we are changing this with programs that encourage children to participate in games that re-install a positive vision of themselves.

There are sixteen age specific modules in the Growing The Empowered Child program. Each module uses discriminative education and empowerment games that aid the child in their personal development and advancement.
These modules work well in homes, schools, spiritual and community based organizations.The process is simple and can be played by any number of children. One child starts by simply saying a positive word to describe him or herself. For example, one says, "I am alive." The Challenger (the other child) will then say, "If it is true show it, or act it." The child who said the positive word acts out the word. Once he/she is done, the first child now becomes the challenger and the second child says his/her positive statement e.g. "I am gorgeous." The Challenger then says, "If it is true show it, or act it." The game continues back and forth with different positive words.
Another prompt is for the Challenger to say, “If it is true, tell me when you behaved that way.” The respondent then states a time in the past when he or she acted that way, or they may say, “I am doing this tomorrow (or some other time in the future)” and describe the event in which he or she is doing or acting in that way. This simple game generates enhanced feelings of self- value and self-worth in the children. By acting the positive words they embody and embrace the qualities they envision.
When we were growing as children we had a great vision of the world. We promised ourselves many things that we would have or do when we grew up. We made these promises, trusting, that the world was friendly and cooperative. If these visions could be identified and reinforced, children could identify their role in making it happen. That would be a good education! A clear vision backed by action results in manifestation of that vision. Children have clear and colorful visions and discovering their role in making them happen will crystallize an ideal world.
Secular education is not enough to make a child happy. We need education for the soul! True education must aim at empowering people. Presently, there is no provision in education for growing an empowered child. The empowered child is a child who is conscious of his or her uniqueness and is not ruled by fear or anger. We need to raise children in the knowledge of themselves and empower them to know what is happening in themselves and why. They need to understand what is happening to, and in, their thoughts and feelings. They need to be taught how to choose thoughts and feelings that would empower them and make their lives happy. It is up to us all, not just parents or guardians to teach this to children.
I have dedicated my life to finding tools that work. I have developed sixteen age specific modules in the Growing The Empowered Child™ program targeting children from ages three to seventeen. Each module educates and empowers the child in their personal development and advancement. The possibilities are here with us and the infrastructure is available. If we truly care about peace, the principles of “Growing the Empowered Child™: A Formula for World Peace” can be embodied as part of a school curriculum.
These modules are also ideal for using in our homes, as well as our spiritual and community based organizations. It is my dream to see this program available to every child on the planet as a part of his or her divine birthright!
Imagine 25 years from now, we have a world of youngsters without fear or anger, and who are aware of, and can proudly celebrate their uniqueness. That is a world of Peace and we can start building it now! Such a world of empowered youngsters will generate a purifying energy that will liberate the minds of all humans and will certainly manifest the finished
