The family is the unit building block of society. Its sanity reflects as the sanity of society.
Women have to take the lead in raising the ideal family.
A key component of this is that women must raise thier sons to respect other women. However, great and noble a man is, he came from the womb of a woman. The woman knows how to shape her son and consequently the world.

What you say is so true but it is a circle. A mother must raise her sons to respect and honor women so that the women they marry will feel the power to teach their sons to respect and honor women. If a mother does not feel respect or honor from her husband and the father is not modeling respect for women to his sons the job is much harder.
